Free range eggs, fresh local Welsh sausage, hash brown, baked beans, locally grown mushrooms, fresh grilled tomato, local Welsh bacon. Eggs can be fried, scrambled, poached or boiled.

Cereals
Cornflakes, All Bran, Muesli, Special K
Please help yourself, fresh milk is provided

Toast
Choice of white or whole meal fresh, home baked bread. Please help yourself to jam or marmalade

Yoghurts
Please help yourself to the local yoghurts. If you would prefer natural yoghurt please let a member of staff know

Fruit
A selection of fresh fruit
Fruit salad with or without natural yoghurt

Croissants (please allow for cooking time)
Freshly baked buttery croissants

European breakfast (please order the night before)
A selection of local Welsh meats and cheeses

Tea & coffee
Freshly brewed coffee or earl grey, breakfast or herbal tea

Juices
Orange juice and apple juice are provided, please help yourself
