From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcomed and valued. Every member of the hotel staff we met was friendly and helpful. Every area of the hotel that we spent time in was spotless and looked cared for. Our room was clean, pleasant, adequately furnished and very comfortable. More like 4* with 5* service so its definitely good value at 3* prices making us feel as though we had found a real gem. Dining... High class food at really good prices, yet another gem in this bejewelled crown. Overall Id score Gwestyr Emrys 12/10 if I could. The balance is perfect!
