The Gwesty'r Emlyn Hotel dates back over 300 years, when it was a Coaching Inn. It is in the centre of Newcastle Emlyn, a busy Market Town at the border of Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion.

Newcastle Emlyn is in the Teify valley which is very popular for Salmon and Sewin (migratory trout) fishing, and is in a very central location between the Market Towns of Carmarthen, Cardigan and Lampeter.

We are pleased to offer residents and non-residents our new leisure facilities. They include: a gym with a good range of machines and free weights, a sauna and a spa pool. These are all in the beautiful relaxed leisure wing ajoining our conservatory where we offer light healthy snacks. This area is perfect for a daytime informal gathering of friends.
